This project is currently at the schematic design phase moving into the construction drawing phase. This project is the adaptation of an existing industrial 3-storey building into a mixed-use building of mercantile and office space. This development is a blend of heritage and modern; the owner wanted to remain the heritage facade on the south and west elevations while introducing modern aesthetics to the north and east elevations. The project scope included schematic design as well as a partial set of construction drawings using 3D-modelling in Revit.
